Delivery & Files
You get both MP3 (192kbps, ready to upload) and WAV (24-bit master, for archival). We also include episode show notes as a .txt file when included in your plan.
You will receive an email when your episode is ready. Log in to your dashboard, open the order, and click download. Files stay available for 90 days.
On request, yes — we can upload directly to Buzzsprout, Libsyn, Anchor/Spotify, Captivate, Transistor, or any other host. Just provide login or RSS publishing access.
General
Pick a plan, complete checkout, then upload your raw audio through your dashboard. We get to work within 24 hours and deliver studio-quality master files within the turnaround time of your plan.
We accept MP3, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, OGG, and M4A. WAV is preferred for best quality but any modern format works fine. Maximum file size is 5GB per upload.
Standard turnaround is 5 days for Starter & Basic, 3 days for Pro, and 48 hours for Premium. Need it faster? Add rush delivery at checkout for 24-hour turnaround.
Yes — every plan includes one round of revisions. Just leave feedback in your order chat and we will adjust. Additional revisions are available at a flat fee per round.
Pricing & Payment
No. The price you see at checkout is what you pay. No subscription, no recurring billing — pay per episode batch.
Yes. The Pro plan ($89.99 for 4 episodes) and Premium plan ($99.99 for 8 episodes) already include significant volume discounts. For 20+ episodes per month, contact us for custom pricing.
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Authorize.Net. We do not store your card details.
If we have not started work yet, full refund. Once editing begins, refunds are prorated based on work completed. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Technical & Audio
Absolutely. We work with multi-track recordings from every major platform. Just upload the separated tracks and we handle the rest — sync, leveling, cross-talk reduction, drift correction.
We have rescued recordings from cars, kitchens, and laptops. While we cannot make a phone-quality recording sound like a Neumann U87, our spectral cleanup and AI noise reduction will dramatically improve almost any source.
Yes. Just timestamp the section in your project notes ("remove 14:32 to 14:48") and we will surgically cut it out, smoothing the transition so the edit is invisible.
Currently we focus on audio-only. We will sync our edited audio back to your video file at no extra cost so your video editor can drop it in.
